An animation we made for MyState bank in Tasmania to help them show the personal, human side of banking and how they value individuals.
Their research showed that Tasmanian customers appreciate a less opaque banking experience and still enjoy the trust and interaction of going into a branch rather than always using technology.
The aim was to appear approachable while demystifying the transition to technology for older users.
